The new Dacia Jogger and Sandero smell your alcohol breath

At least not yet, but in the near future. As of this update, the Dacia Jogger and Sandero are prepared for an alcohol ban. You also get more equipment.

Don’t look at the photos anymore, visually nothing has changed on the Dacia Jogger and Sandero. However, the latter will have an additional version: the Journey, which is intended to look a little more adventurous.

Dacia Jogger Hybrid 140

New wheels will be available for the Jogger and Sandero from model year 2024. Dacia has also included an additional body color in the delivery program for the Sandero Stepway: Safari Beige.

Interestingly, the Dacia Jogger Hybrid 140 now gets an all-new 7-inch instrument cluster. In addition, the list of standard safety systems has become slightly longer.

Additional security systems

Starting with the Essential version, Jogger and Sandero now have preparation for an alcohol lock, an event data recorder (in the event of an accident), a driver attention warning, a lane departure warning, advanced emergency braking (for pedestrians and cyclists) and much more.

Manual air conditioning

The Jogger Essential is now also equipped with manual air conditioning, USB-C ports have been installed and the Jogger Hybrid 140 has an E-Save function.

This roughly means that the hybrid battery can optionally be charged up to 70 percent by the fuel engine.

Second quarter

The updated Dacia Jogger and Sandero cannot be ordered immediately. The order books (we somehow always read this as “underpants”) will not be opened until the second quarter.
