Figures from the comparison site Independer show that car insurance has become significantly more expensive over the past year. The result is that many more people changed their insurance premiums last year.
Car insurance is significantly more expensive
On average, all-risk motor vehicle insurance rose by 10.3 percent. Consumers now pay an average of 117 euros more per year.
WA+ motor vehicle insurance also increased significantly: 10.4 percent. This is 94.50 euros. WA’s premium rose the fastest: 12.5 per cent. That’s an average of 122.80 euros more per year.

Peugeot owners are doing relatively well with an increase in vehicle insurance of “only” 5.8 percent compared to the previous year. This means 49 euros more insurance premium per year.
