But how will ChatGPT work in new Volkswagen models like the Golf GTI? The artificial intelligence is integrated into the voice assistant. This way you can actually have a conversation with your car in the future.

ChatGPT can not only control things like air conditioning and navigation, but also answer questions. The artificial intelligence knows the vehicle data.

ChatGPT will be part of the new generation of infotainment that will be found in the following models: ID.7, ID.4, ID.5, ID.3, Tiguan, Passat and the new Golf (GTI).

The latter model has undergone a facelift and is now being shown to the public for the first time. The Golf looks very similar to its predecessor. Nevertheless, changes are noticeable. The headlights and taillights are different and the front bumper has also been redrawn. At the rear, the new diffuser and the new rear spoiler are noticeable. In the interior there is a new infotainment screen with ChatGPT. Despite this technological development, Volkswagen is also removing a “feature” for old-fashioned simplicity. There are no longer touch-sensitive buttons on the steering wheel, but rather physical buttons. This is an even better change than the ChatGPT implementation!
