“Harry Potter – Battle for Hogwarts” is a card game: at the beginning of the game you are assigned an individual deck that you can expand and improve as the story progresses. You learn new spells, find magical items and meet allies.
The beauty of The Battle for Hogwarts is the low barrier to entry due to simple rules in combination with the increasing difficulty. To successfully complete the entire game, you must win a total of seven individual games. Each round represents a school year at Hogwarts.
The board game is suitable for two to four players. There are four heroes to choose from: Harry, Hermione, Ron and Neville. In each round you have to defeat the villains that appear or prevent them from entering a certain room.
However, the level of difficulty increases with each new school year. In the end it will be quite difficult, but also very exciting. At the latest when Voldemort appears, you will be able to feel the tension at the gaming table.

In “Hogwarts Legacy” you create your own character and experience Hogwarts up close. The game in the open world scores with a very nice look and vast areas, a good combat system and many puzzles. You can ride broomsticks and various animal creatures and the campaign with a long story immediately captivates, but sometimes lacks emotions.
